**Your everyday work-life**

-   Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 solution designs.
-   Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (including custom plugins/APIs when needed).
-   Build and support integrations with external systems (ERP, IVR, eCommerce), ensuring data consistency.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders and architects for requirements, estimation, and solution alignment.
-   Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and continuous improvement through testing and optimization.  
    

**As an ideal fit, you should have**

-   BSc in Computer Science or a related field
-   3+ years of experience in CRM systems, enterprise applications, or software development roles
-   Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar), including strong understanding of core CRM processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
-   Strong development and configuration skills (C# / .NET or similar), with hands-on experience in APIs and system integrations
-   Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse; basic knowledge of Azure integration patterns is a plus
