## Description

Rentokil Boecker® Quality Coordinator is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

●        Conduct basic internal audits on the sales and operations department and identify non-conformities in the processes.

●        Provides, compiles and reports accurate data to management for internal use upon request.

●        Verifies accuracy of client files to determine eligibility, and accuracy reporting according to the company guidelines, policies and procedures.

●        Handles data collection with high sensitivity of all methods: courtesy calls, CVC, call back follow up call, audit calls, and courtesy visits.

●        Receives client complaints and call back data, communicates and follows up with concerned stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

●        Records accidents at clients’ premises and identifies root causes in order to avoid their reoccurrence.

●        Performs internal audits on operations departments of all LOBs and identifies non conformities in processes and matters of system data entry, contracts, pending appointments, client’s complaints and other functional tasks.

●        Address the non conformities reports to the Quality Manager to take action.

●        Generates and handles the distribution of Quality Certificates to clients.

●        Implements the client feedback system by requesting written feedback and testimonials through various media.

●        Maintains data entries and data integrity on Rentokil Boecker® systems.

## Requirements

●        Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

●        At least 1 year of experience in relevant field

●        Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus

●        Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, CRM.
