Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Dutch-speaking Financial Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality financial customer support to Dutch-speaking clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues related to financial products and services.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
-   Keep abreast of financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
-   Previous experience in financial customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
-   Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
-   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
