Job Summary  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Disease Area Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Promotes assigned pharmaceutical products and drives sales growth by effectively managing the territory and executing strategic plans to target physicians in both institutional and private sectors
-   Promotes assigned Oncology products and drives sales growth by effectively managing the assigned territory and executing strategic plans to target physicians in both institutional and private sectors
-   Develops and implements assigned plans  that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources management.
-   Identifying and addressing patient journey gaps, and ensuring proper drug positioning to optimize patient outcomes.
-   Account mapping and building strategic engagement plans.
-   Establishes strong relationships with a broad base of health care constituents.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine)
-   2-3 years previous experience in specialty care lines.
-   Oncology experience is a plus.
-   Strong communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills. and interpersonal skills.
-   A self-motivated professional with passion for healthcare and drive to improve patient care in a competitive sales environment.
