**Job Description** 

The selected candidate will support the License Owner in growing Stranger Soccer’s presence in Austria through operations support, customer engagement, and digital marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**

Operations & Back-office Support 

-   Handle basic customer service inquiries  

-   Support day-to-day back-office operations  

-   Assist in general operational tasks as needed  

Customer Communication 

-   Use ChatGPT to assist in responding and communicating with customers  

-   Ensure clear, polite, and consistent communication 

Social Media Support 

-   Create basic social media content (videos, posts, captions)  

-   Support posting and updating of social media accounts  

-   Assist in maintaining online presence and engagement

## Requirements

-   Experience in operations, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage  

-   Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools for communication  

-   Basic knowledge of social media content creation  

-   Good written communication skills  

-   Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented  

-   Team player with a positive attitude 

**Other Details** 

-   The position will be part-time and fully flexible on a freelance basis. Working hours are not fixed and will depend on operational and business needs.
