## Description

Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a prestigious Greek law firm with operations in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and Bucharest, is seeking a motivated **Senior Marketing Officer** to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s visibility, promoting services, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals while building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services.
-   Create engaging content for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
-   Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate industry trends.
-   Support the organization of marketing events, seminars, and webinars.
-   Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
-   Coordinate with external vendors and partners to produce promotional materials and advertising.
-   Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
-   Stay up-to-date with marketing industry trends and best practices.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the overall branding strategy is consistently applied.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
-   Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Creative thinking with an eye for detail and an interest in current marketing trends.
-   Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
-   Prior experience at a law firm will be considered an asset.
