## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support and solutions to clients who speak Dutch via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
-   Work collaboratively with internal departments to address and resolve complex customer needs.
-   Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance.
-   Contribute feedback to improve overall customer experience and service processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer service, solutions, or related fields is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
-   Capacity to work effectively within a team and fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full paid relocation assistance.
