**Compensation:** $24 to $26 per hour

**Location:** 1000 Gates Avenue 4th Fl, Brooklyn, NY 11221

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Onsite

Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for: 

-   Improving client experience through conducting patient outreach to assess patient satisfaction, hospitalization status, and assist with various care concerns. 

-   Conduct client retention efforts by speaking to the patient or their family member in assisting with any concerns or complaints and working with them to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution.  

-   Documentation and tracking of patient incidents and complaints to resolve and communicate any concerns with payers and internal departments.  

-   Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality performance. 

-   Identify, assess, document, and resolve client complaints and grievances while detecting risks and mitigation plans.  

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of complaints, grievances and incidents ensuring completion and comprehensive resolution. 

-   Conduct patient outreach to improve the client experience by assessing satisfaction, hospitalization status, and assisting patients with various complaints and concerns.  

-   Support departmental operations by assisting with special projects, administrative tasks, and operational duties as assigned by leadership, with responsibilities evolving based on organizational needs.  

-   Monitor and track specific quality control and assurance activities of in-office and field staff as directed by the QA supervisor.

## Requirements

-   1-3 years’ experience of working with HIPAA regulations and properly handling and maintaining patient records with strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems. 

-   Strong client-facing and in-office communication skills  

-   High School Diploma or equivalent required; with a minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting. 

-   Strong working experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

-   HHAeXchange experience preferred 

**Qualifications**

-   Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. 

-   Must be very organized and detailed orientated to ensure accuracy in addressing client concerns and audit findings in a sensitive and effective manner.  

-   Must have high level problem-solving skills. 

-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across departments. 

-   Must have the ability to prioritize work tasks to get things done effectively.
