## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining safe and positive online communities. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in Norwegian, ensuring that it aligns with community standards and company policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Norwegian to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
-   Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams promptly.
-   Provide feedback on content trends and contribute to improving moderation processes.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of content quality and safety.
-   Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly.
-   Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
-   Professional handling of sensitive content with discretion and empathy.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and digital platforms is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to its local culture and environment.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
