## Description

Tommy's Express Car Wash provides vehicle wash services with a strong focus on customer service and smooth day-to-day site operations. We aim to create a clean, efficient, and welcoming experience for every guest, with team members who take pride in delivering friendly service and keeping the site running safely and effectively.

As a Team Member, you will help create a positive experience for guests from arrival to departure while supporting the daily flow of site operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays attentive in a fast-paced environment, and brings a dependable, service-focused approach to each shift.

### Responsibilities

-   Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
-   Keep wash areas, vacuums, tools, and supplies clean and organized.
-   Follow safety procedures and monitor equipment during daily site operations.
-   Promote wash memberships and answer customer questions about service options.
-   Guide vehicles safely into the wash and explain available services.

## Requirements

-   Able to stand throughout shifts and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
-   Reliable transportation.
-   Availability to work evenings and weekends.
-   Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or car wash operations is a plus.
