## Description

**ISTA Solutions**, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced **Back Office Associate** to join our rapidly expanding team. **Account specific roles and responsibilities**

-   Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-   Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including budgets, actuals, variance analysis, and cost analysis.
-   Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track financial performance and support decision-making.
-   Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
-   Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
-   Maintain and improve financial data processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.
-   Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.

## Requirements

-   With bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
-   At least 1 year experience in Reports Analytics or similar

-   Must have extensive MS Excel experience
-   Good Verbal and Written English Communication skills
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
