## Description

We are looking for a Return Receiving Officer to join our Return DC Operations team in Riyadh. The role is responsible for accurately and safely receiving store returns across ambient, chilled, and frozen categories while ensuring proper system and documentation traceability.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Receive and verify store returns against Gate Pass details.
-   Count, scan, and record returned items accurately in the WMS/WHM system.
-   Check quantities, units of measure, expiry dates, batch details, and product condition.
-   Identify and document shortages, excess quantities, damages, and other discrepancies.
-   Properly segregate returns based on product category, condition, and required disposition.
-   Follow food safety, hygiene, PPE, and cold-chain requirements for chilled and frozen products.
-   Receive and reconcile returnable assets such as pallets and baskets.
-   Escalate discrepancies and quality or cold-chain concerns to the relevant teams.
-   Maintain accurate records and ensure proper shift handovers.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse receiving, returns, or warehouse operations.
-   Experience handling food products, preferably including chilled and frozen items.
-   Hands-on experience with WMS, WHM, or a similar warehouse management system.
-   Experience using scanners and handling warehouse transactions.
-   Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
-   Good attention to detail and ability to identify and report discrepancies.
-   Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments and follow safety and hygiene procedures.
