## Description

We are looking for a Performance Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and proven experience in data analysis. This role focuses on evaluating sales performance across different verticals and the overall industry, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.  

**Job responsibilities**  

-   Analyze sales performance data across different channels, products, and regions.
-   Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
-   Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility on sales trends and opportunities.
-   Identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
-   Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on performance insights.
-   Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes.
-   Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools.
-   Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve reporting efficiency and predictive insights.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
-   Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
-   Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-   Solid understanding of KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
-   Experience using AI tools for data analysis and automation is a plus.
