## Description

**Work From Anywhere in LATAM or the Philippines**

**Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

**Compensation Range:** $1750/month based on experience

A fast-moving, operations-first startup in the events and activations space is looking for an Account Manager to own activation workflows end-to-end and keep every partner interaction polished and error-free.

The company runs a high-volume activation pipeline — 100+ live activations at any given time — and operates with a lean leadership team that depends on tight operational execution. This role functions as a direct extension of leadership, covering activation readiness, CRM hygiene, and client-facing coordination under US-aligned hours.

Day-to-day, the Account Manager builds activation decks and pricing proposals, maintains HubSpot pipeline hygiene, runs a 7-day partner follow-up cadence, QAs all deliverables before partner delivery, and supports top-of-funnel outreach with templated sequences. Success means activation pipelines updated daily, under 2% CRM data errors, 99% of deliverable issues caught in pre-event QA, and a measurable monthly reduction in leadership time spent on activation coordination.

## Requirements

-   3+ years supporting operations, events, or executive-level workflows with end-to-end ownership of activation or event processes
-   Hands-on HubSpot experience, including pipeline hygiene, contact management, and accurate data entry across active pipelines
-   Experience building and executing templated email sequences, follow-up flows, and light SDR-style outreach
-   Working proficiency in Figma (basic edits) plus Google Slides or PowerPoint for deck creation and customization
-   Experience running operational trackers in Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion
-   Availability for full EST coverage (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), including occasional early/late shifts around events
-   C1+ English (CEFR) — confident phone presence for client-facing calls

**Nice-to-Have**

-   Experience with album/asset distribution workflows (Dropbox, Frame.io, or Drive-based)
-   Prior exposure to event activation or production ops in media, partnerships, or experiential marketing
-   Track record creating SOPs, templates, and QA checklists for scaling operations
-   Experience with dedicated outreach automation platforms (Dripify, Mailshake, or HubSpot Sequences)
