As an Italian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking players to ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to player satisfaction and community engagement.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver timely and empathetic support to Italian-speaking players through multiple communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and effectively.
-   Collect and report player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and support requests.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience.
-   Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base content.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach to player interactions.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
