## Description

We’re looking for a **Self-Employed Regional Supervisor** to join our growing ATA North team, supporting our delivery operations across the **Glasgow area, including Eurocentral, Tannochside and Cumbernauld**.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with drivers, clients and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.

**Rate:** £110 per day + future incentives for growth  
**Vehicle:** Vehicle supplied with fuel card for operational use

### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Managing daily driver dispatch and rotas
-   Supporting and communicating with drivers
-   Monitoring performance and KPIs
-   Overseeing vehicle allocation and compliance
-   Supporting warehouse and client operations
-   Helping drivers with on-road issues when needed
-   Supporting health & safety, compliance and training
-   Keeping the Operations Leader updated on daily activity

### What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have done exactly the same role before, but you’ll ideally have experience in **logistics, transport or delivery operations**.

We’re looking for someone who is:

-   Organised and reliable
-   Confident communicating with people
-   Good at solving problems
-   Comfortable managing drivers and busy operations
-   Hands-on and happy to get stuck in
-   KPI and performance focused
-   A full UK driving licence holder
-   Comfortable working on a self-employed basis
