## Description

We're hiring an experienced **CNC Mill Operator** to join an established precision machining operation in Laconia, NH.

This is a hands-on production role operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components. We're looking for someone who is comfortable running CNC equipment, monitoring production, checking parts, and maintaining tight tolerances.

**Location:** Laconia, NH  
**Pay:** $25–$32/hr  
**Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday**  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Direct Hire

**Responsibilities:**

-   Operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
-   Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling.
-   Monitor machining cycles and ensure consistent production quality.
-   Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
-   Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
-   Make minor offset adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
-   Identify machining issues and communicate with setup machinists or supervisors.
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience operating CNC milling machines in a precision machine shop.
-   Familiarity with 3-axis CNC mills; 4- or 5-axis experience is a plus.
-   Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
-   Understanding of basic machining processes, tooling, and tolerances.
-   Comfortable running established programs and maintaining production quality.
-   Ability to work independently on 2nd shift.
