About the company:  
Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions for data center infrastructure.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems in data center modules.  
\- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment.  
\- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades and improvements to electrical systems.  
\- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  
\- Document and report on service activities, including issues resolved and recommendations for future improvements.  
\- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for clients and internal staff on electrical systems.  
\- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all service activities.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a data center environment.  
\- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution and backup systems.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.  
\- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
