## Description

**Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Part-Time | Outpatient | Longview, Texas**

At **H2 Health**, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while supporting children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment. 

**Schedule:** This is a part-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Candidates must be available to work from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help children develop communication skills and functional language abilities. 

Your Role: 

-   Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist 

-   Provide hands-on therapy focused on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding goals 

-   Use play-based and structured interventions to promote engagement and progress 

-   Document treatment sessions accurately in Raintree EMR 

-   Communicate effectively with supervising SLP regarding patient progress and plan adjustments 

-   Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and consistency 

-   Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support

## Requirements

-   Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (per state requirements) 

-   Active state SLPA license or eligibility for licensure 

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

-   Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
