## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Product Engineer** with strong expertise in **Finacle Retail Assets, Finacle Scripting, and FCRM** to lead development, production support, defect resolution, and change delivery across Retail Assets applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in Finacle Retail Assets, experience leading teams, and a strong background in handling production incidents, automation, and regulatory enhancements.

The candidate will play a key role in delivering Change Requests (CRs), production fixes, automation initiatives, and platform stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business entities.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead defect fixing activities for **Retail Assets Automation Testing**.
-   Lead delivery of **Retail Assets Change Requests (CRs)** and project implementations.
-   Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements within the **Finacle Retail Assets** module.
-   Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
-   Manage production stability by monitoring critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
-   Perform production issue analysis, triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
-   Drive initiatives to reduce recurring production defects and improve platform stability.
-   Own and improve automation testing coverage for the Retail Assets module.
-   Lead stabilization initiatives across multiple business entities and regional platforms.
-   Coordinate with business stakeholders, QA teams, production support teams, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
-   Ensure timely delivery of production fixes, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
-   Mentor and lead a technical team of approximately **10–15 engineers**.
-   Provide technical guidance during solution design, code reviews, testing, and production releases.
-   Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and release governance.

### Required Skills

-   Strong experience in **Finacle Retail Assets**.
-   Hands-on expertise in **Finacle Scripting**.
-   Strong working knowledge of **FCRM (Finacle Customer Relationship Management)**.
-   Experience in Finacle Retail Assets customization and configuration.
-   Experience delivering Change Requests (CRs) and project implementations.
-   Strong production support and incident management experience.
-   Experience in defect analysis and defect fixing.
-   Hands-on experience in automation testing for Finacle applications.
-   Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
-   Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
-   Knowledge of SDLC, testing, deployment, and release management.
-   Experience working on regulatory and compliance-related enhancements.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

### Leadership Experience

-   Prior experience managing or leading a technical team of **10–15 engineers**.
-   Experience handling production support, CR delivery, and release management.
-   Ability to drive technical decisions and coordinate cross-functional teams.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience working in large-scale banking or financial services environments.
-   Experience supporting multiple banking entities or international implementations.
-   Exposure to Retail Banking and Core Banking platforms.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
