## Description

**Work Setup:** Onsite/Hybrid

**Work Schedule:** Shifting/Night Shift

**Work Location:** Bridgetowne, QC

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelors Degree
-   Standard required years of experience for Associate Director
-   Transactional Quality Experience

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
-   Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
-   Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and actionable performance insights to support data-driven decision-making.
-   Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address operational issues.
-   Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and other support functions to implement sustainable process improvements and achieve business objectives.
-   Monitor project outcomes, track benefits realization, and ensure long-term sustainment of implemented improvements.
