## Description

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager for DEL 425 to lead and oversee the execution of key projects that align with our vision for excellence. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they meet the required quality standards, are completed on time, and adhere to budget constraints.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead project management efforts for DEL 425, ensuring successful project execution from initiation through closure.
-   Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline management.
-   Coordinate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
-   Monitor project progress and performance using relevant tools and techniques, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
-   Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
-   Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project status.
-   Foster teamwork and a culture of accountability among project team members.
-   Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
-   Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout all project phases.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-   A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
-   Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
-   Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
-   Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
