**Role Summary:**

The ideal candidate will combine design sensibility with digital marketing know-how and strong organizational skills, contributing to the development of high-quality marketing materials and engaging content across platforms.

A key requirement for this role is proficiency in **Adobe InDesign**, ensuring internal capability and backup support for the creation of brochures, flyers, and other corporate materials. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid foundational understanding of **Social Media Management, PowerPoint design, and Digital Marketing**.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and internal communications using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
-   Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms
-   Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, including content strategy, email campaigns, SEO/SEM activities, and performance tracking
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
-   Contribute to creative ideas and storytelling for corporate and commercial presentations
-   Monitor basic marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance
-   Support event communication and promotional activities when required
-   Ad Hoc projects/ CSR Activities when required

## Requirements

**Required Skills & Experience**

-   University degree or Studies in Graphic Design, Marketing/Business Communication or related field.
-   2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design-related roles, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
-   Proven proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential.
-   Familiarity with Social Media Management, Photoshop, PowerPoint presentation design, and Digital Marketing tools and practices
-   Strong eye for visual design, layout, and attention to detail
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-   Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
