## Description

Calander Wealth, a growing and high-performing advisory practice, is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join the team. This role is designed for a professional who can step in with industry knowledge, deliver a high level of client service, and quickly integrate into an established, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Service & Relationship Support**

-   Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
-   Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience
-   Build trust with clients through professionalism and follow-through

**Account Management & Operations**

-   Process account opening, maintenance, and service requests
-   Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve client needs
-   Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all client transactions

**Meeting Preparation & Execution**

-   Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
-   Manage follow-ups and ensure completion of action items
-   Support advisors with both pre- and post-meeting workflows

**Systems & Data Management**

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
-   Assist with financial planning documentation and processes as needed
-   Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards

## Requirements

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

**Required Qualifications**

-   **3+ years of experience in financial services client service or operations**
-   Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and client lifecycle
-   Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce/Ameriprise preferred)

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   **FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66 strongly preferred or willingness to obtain)**
-   Experience within a financial advisory or wealth management practice
-   Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide)

**Compensation & Benefits**

We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance:

-   Base Salary: $63,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience) – exempt
