## Description

-   Conduct sector and company research across active investment mandates, including market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and thematic deep-dives
-   Build and maintain comparable company analysis (trading and transaction comps) for valuation benchmarking
-   Assist in preparing management update materials, deal pipeline trackers, and investment committee briefing packs
-   Support deal screening by summarizing teasers and CIMs into structured preliminary screening memos
-   Assist in maintaining deal flow logs and tracking follow-up actions across active processes
-   Provide ad-hoc analytical support on live transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and counterparty research
-   This is a full-time internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
-   Internship start dates are offered on a rolling basis and are not tied to a fixed intake period.
-   You will be placed within the private investment arm of one of Southeast Asia's largest conglomerates, supporting investment activities focused on semiconductors, advanced technologies, and other high-growth industries.

## Requirements

-   Fresh graduates or final-year students from top-tier universities, preferably with degrees in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Business.
-   Strong foundational knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, corporate finance principles, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Prior internship experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Services is highly preferred.
-   Fluency in Mandarin (a strong plus).
