**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its adult medical care, inpatient management and complex comorbidity services and is seeking an experienced Consultant Internal Medicine to join its clinical team.

The role offers an opportunity for an internationally trained physician to work within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive adult medical care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of patient-centred care.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment facilities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Provide comprehensive consultant-level care for adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.  
• Lead inpatient rounds, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning and discharge coordination.  
• Manage patients with complex comorbidities, including diabetes, hypertension, infections, cardiac conditions and renal disorders.  
• Coordinate referrals with relevant subspecialists and support continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings.  
• Supervise junior doctors and contribute to evidence-based clinical protocols and clinical governance activities.  
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure medication safety and comply with UAE healthcare standards.

## Requirements

1.  Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Internal Medicine physicians holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:
    
    • American Board of Internal Medicine  
    • UK CCT / MRCP / FRCP  
    • European Board or National Specialist Registration  
    • Royal College Certification, Canada  
    • Australian FRACP  
    • Arab Board  
    • MD / DNB / FCPS or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification
    
    Candidates from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America may be considered, subject to eligibility for UAE medical licensing and the healthcare facility's credentialing requirements.
