### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Assist customers with their inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
-   Provide thorough explanations of company offerings and guide customers through the use of our services.
-   Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction around each interaction.
-   Record and document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and service improvement.
-   Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline service processes.
-   Comply with company policies and procedures to deliver quality service consistently.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
-   Prior experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
-   Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
-   Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
