### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads to the highest standards of quality and presentation
-   Execute recipes and follow all established procedures accurately and consistently
-   Monitor and maintain inventory of pastry and baking ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability
-   Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes and menu ideas
-   Decorate pastries and desserts using various techniques, such as piping, glazing, and chocolate work
-   Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the pastry station and equipment
-   Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

## Requirements

-   At least 2 years of experience as a pastry cook or similar role in a high-volume establishment
-   A strong passion for pastry-making and a keen eye for detail
-   Extensive knowledge of various pastry techniques and baking processes
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills
-   Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-   Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
-   A positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences
