We are currently seeking a **Superintendent – Senior Supervisor** to provide field construction leadership on a major mining and construction project. This position will oversee construction activities, support frontline supervisors, coordinate resources and contractors, and ensure assigned scopes are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide field construction leadership and direction across assigned project scopes.
-   Support and coordinate the activities of frontline supervisors.
-   Manage construction execution, schedules, milestones, and daily priorities.
-   Coordinate resources to support safe and efficient project delivery.
-   Manage contractors and monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-   Lead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
-   Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation measures.
-   Coordinate traffic management, site logistics, and construction activities.
-   Coordinate QA/QC, surveying, engineering, and field execution requirements.
-   Monitor construction progress and communicate schedule, resource, quality, and safety concerns.
-   Mentor and coach supervisors and construction personnel.
-   Work closely with Project Managers, Project Controls, Engineers, and other project stakeholders.

### Position Details

  
**Rotation:** 15 days on / 13 days off  
**Shift:** 12-hour shifts  
**Camp & Flights:** Camp accommodations and flights to and from site are provided.

## Requirements

-   Experience in **mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments**.
-   Previous experience as a **Superintendent, Supervisor, or equivalent construction leadership role**.
-   Strong field execution and construction coordination experience.
-   Experience managing or supporting frontline supervisors.
-   Experience with construction scheduling, milestones, and resource planning.
-   Experience with contractor management and field coordination.
-   Strong understanding of safety leadership, risk assessment, and traffic management.
-   Experience coordinating QA/QC and surveying activities.
-   Strong communication, mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple construction scopes and priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
