**The team you will be part of**

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.

**The part you will play**

We are looking for a Junior Social Key Account Manager to support the management and growth of brands on live commerce platforms, primarily TikTok and Shopee.

This is an execution-focused role where you will assist in campaign coordination, content planning, performance tracking, and daily account management. You will work closely with internal teams and learn how live commerce strategies are built and optimized.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social commerce, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**As a Junior Social Key Account Manager, you will take charge of** 

**Support Brand Performance**

-   Assist in monitoring daily and weekly performance (NMV/revenue, traffic, conversion, etc.)
-   Prepare performance reports and basic data analysis
-   Support promotion setup and execution

**Assist in Growth & Campaign Planning**

-   Support the development of monthly activation plans for live streaming and short video campaigns
-   Assist in preparing materials for internal reviews or BD pitches

**Content Coordination**

-   Work with internal production teams to align on livestream schedules and content calendar
-   Support brainstorming of content ideas based on platform trends
-   Track performance of content and summarize key learnings

**Platform & Trend Monitoring**

-   Monitor TikTok and Shopee trends, features, and best practices
-   Share relevant updates internally

**Account & Stakeholder Support**

-   Support communication with brands under guidance of senior team members
-   Coordinate with internal teams (production, merchandising, performance marketing) to ensure smooth execution
-   Support onboarding process for new brands

**What we are looking for - the ideal profile**

-   0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social commerce, or related fields
-   Strong interest in livestreaming and short video platforms (especially TikTok)
-   Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills
-   Good communication and teamwork skills
-   Good English proficiency
-   Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint
-   Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics (GMV/NMV, CTR, conversion rate, etc.)
