## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a talented French Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our dedicated customer service team. In this role, you will be essential in providing high-quality support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience on our marketplace.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional service and support.
-   Assist customers in navigating the marketplace, addressing their inquiries about products, prices, and order statuses.
-   Effectively resolve any customer complaints and issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and report generation.
-   Collaborate with other departments to share insights and feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
-   Stay updated on marketplace developments, promotional offers, and product information to provide timely assistance to customers.
-   Contribute to team meetings and training sessions, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
-   Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for efficient communication.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   A self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with a team.
-   Positive demeanor and enthusiasm for enhancing customer experiences.
