### **Job Responsibilities** 

-   Lead the initiative to clear the backlog of pending items within our accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, ApprovalMax).
-   Organize and maintain the physical filing systems for two distinct business entities.
-   Assist in the digitization of key records to improve future workflow efficiency.
-   Assist in the preparation and providing necessary operational support for upcoming audit preparation
-   Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Leader on special projects, report generation, or administrative tasks as needed.

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
-   Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial ratios
-   Exposure to accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a significant advantage
-   High level of accuracy when working with large data sets and complex numbers
-   Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-   Ability to handle sensitive financial data and maintain strict confidentiality
-   Tech-savvy, having a "can-do" attitude toward reconciling discrepancies or finding more efficient ways to track data.
