## Description

**Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Senior Barista** to lead our coffee service team. The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing premium quality beverages, supervising junior staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and café operations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standard.
-   Lead and mentor junior baristas, providing training and support.
-   Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is maintained.
-   Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
-   Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
-   Assist in developing new coffee recipes and beverage offerings.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
-   Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and beverage preparation.
-   Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-   Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Attention to detail and a passion for coffee quality.
