## Description

**Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC** is currently accepting applications for a **GROUNDSKEEPER** at The Signature at Schilling Farms in Memphis, Tennessee. Groundskeepers are responsible for all aspects of maintaining the apartment community common areas.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent
-   Basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements
-   Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
