**PeopleCert** is looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager – Americas to join our international team. This role will focus on managing and expanding existing strategic accounts across North and South America, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities to promote the adoption of PRINCE2® and PeopleCert’s portfolio of certifications. 

The successful candidate will be based in Greece and work closely with stakeholders and partners across the Americas region, operating in a highly dynamic, target-driven environment. 

**As a Business Development Manager – Americas, your tasks will include the following:** 

-   Manage and grow existing accounts across the Americas region, including training organizations, enterprises, universities, and strategic partners.  
-   Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.  
-   Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.  
-   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partner engagement.  
-   Develop and execute a strong pipeline generation strategy to acquire new customers and partners.  
-   Drive business growth through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and strategic partnership development.  
-   Promote PRINCE2® and PeopleCert’s wider portfolio of certifications and learning solutions.  
-   Identify market opportunities and industry trends to expand PeopleCert’s footprint across the region.  
-   Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets.  
-   Develop and implement territory and account plans aligned with business objectives.  
-   Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support growth initiatives.  
-   Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.  
-   Represent PeopleCert in international conferences, webinars, trade shows, and partner events.  
-   Act as a brand ambassador for PRINCE2® and PeopleCert solutions across the Americas market.  
-   Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

**What we look for:** 

-   Post-graduate degree in IT or Business (MBA preferred). 
-   6–8 years of experience in business development or sales. 
-   Experience working with Americas markets is highly desirable. 
-   Knowledge of PRINCE2 is a plus. 
-   Understanding of channel sales and partnership models and has CRM experience 
-   Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills in working with executives, external constituents, and other business functions at all levels of seniority and different cultures. 
-   Exposure in the Education market, Consulting or Examination / Certification sectors in previous role(s) as well as prior experience in international corporate environments will be considered an asset. Preference will be given to candidates from IT Consulting and/or Technology backgrounds. 
-   Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). 
-   Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable. 
-   Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software will be considered an asset.
