### What you'll be doing

-   Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team.
-   Creating an outstanding customer experience every day.
-   Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
-   Managing rotas, labour, payroll, and store budgets.
-   Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing your team.
-   Coaching and supporting team members to reach their potential.
-   Maintaining exceptional standards of coffee quality, food safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
-   Managing stock, ordering, waste, and inventory.
-   Building a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture.
-   Using business insights and KPIs to continuously improve performance.
-   Working closely with your Area Manager to achieve business objectives.

### What we're looking for

-   Previous experience leading a high-volume hospitality or retail team.
-   A passionate and people-focused leader who leads by example.
-   Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
-   Excellent coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Confidence managing performance, recruitment, and employee development.
-   A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
-   Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-   Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when required.
