### The Opportunity

We are currently seeking applications for **1st Year Electrical & Plumbing Apprentices** to join Designer Group.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career as a qualified electrician / Plumber within a leading international M&E contractor.

As an Apprentice, you will gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside qualified trades and experienced site teams. You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship as you develop the technical knowledge, site experience and professional behaviours required to become fully qualified.

At Designer Group, we view our apprenticeship programme as much more than a trade qualification. We see our apprentices as the future of our business and invest heavily in their development from day one. Our goal is to help apprentices build long-term careers, with opportunities to progress beyond qualification into positions such as  Chargehand, Foreman, Supervisor, Site Manager, Project Manager and other leadership roles across our international business.

Many companies offer apprenticeships, but at Designer Group, we focus on creating career pathways. We are committed to providing ongoing development, mentoring, project exposure and progression opportunities that enable our apprentices to continue growing professionally long after they complete their four-year programme.

You may have the opportunity to work across a range of project environments, including pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial and data centre projects.
