## Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-focused Mid-Weight Graphic Designer / Layout Artist (3–5 years’ experience) to join our busy in-house creative team on a 12-month contract.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across a high volume of projects, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering branded documents that support the firm’s marketing, client engagement and business development activities.

This is a hybrid role (3-4 days in office) based in our HQ in Dublin’s IFSC.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Create high-quality layouts for reports, pitches, brochures and client materials
-   Design engaging client documents and marketing collateral aligned to brand standards
-   Ensure exceptional attention to detail and consistency across all outputs
-   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver effective solutions
-   Prepare print-ready artwork and adapt content across formats
-   Produce designs for digital campaigns, social media and on-screen presentations
-   Manage multiple deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment

**Requirements**

-   3–5 years’ experience in a studio, agency or in-house team. Experience working in professional services would be beneficial, but not a prerequisite
-   Strong portfolio with a focus on layout, typography and document design

·        Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail

-   Confident working with non-design stakeholders in a professional environment
-   Fluency in English and effective communication skills

**Technical skills**

-   Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign (essential)
-   Strong working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
-   Strong PowerPoint skills
-   Solid understanding of layout, typography and brand application
-   Experience in motion graphics, video or animation

**Desirable**

-   Experience working with templates, long-form documents or corporate brands
