### About Us

**SBA Home North Carolina** - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a **Shift Supervisor** who is result-oriented, self-starter and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours 6-2pm (1st shift) or 2-10pm (2nd shift). **This role will train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift after training is completed.**

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Production Leadership**

-   Supervise, coach, and support production employees to meet daily and weekly production goals
-   Assign work schedules and ensure proper staffing across production areas
-   Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
-   Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
-   Monitor production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
-   Ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards

-   **Safety & Compliance**

-   Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
-   Report, investigate, and address incidents and near-misses

-   **Quality & Continuous Improvement**

-   Monitor product quality during and after production
-   Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives and employee training
-   Work closely with Quality Control to resolve production issues

-   **Administrative Duties**

-   Complete production reports, timekeeping, and shift documentation
-   Track material usage, scrap, and downtime
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

## Requirements

### Qualifications**:**

-   Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field preferred
-   Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or leading teams
-   Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards
-   **Skills & Competencies**

-   Proven leadership and team management skills
-   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
-   Ability to read and interpret production schedules and technical documents
-   Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
-   Must be flexible to work weekends, and varying shifts
