## Description

DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a professional and experienced Bilingual Medical Interpreter to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Bilingual Medical Interpreter will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers in medical settings.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide verbal interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
-   Accurately and effectively interpret medical conversations, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment options, and instructions
-   Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
-   Stay up to date on medical terminology and procedures

## Requirements

-   Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
-   Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
-   Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different dialects and accents
-   Strong listening and comprehension skills
-   Highly professional and empathetic demeanor
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-   **Equipment Requirements for the Position:**

-   **Computer**: Intel Core i5 processor (8th generation or higher) or Ryzen 5 (series 3000+), minimum 4 cores/8 threads, **8–16 GB RAM, and a 256 GB SSD or larger.**
-   **Connectivity:** **Use of an Ethernet cable is mandatory.** VPN use is not allowed, and work must be performed only from the **approved location.**
-   **Audio:** Wired headset with a **boom microphone**, unidirectional and with noise cancellation. Wireless devices, earbuds, and speakers are not allowed.
-   **Camera:** **1080p** resolution, 30–60 fps, and autofocus (built-in or external equivalent, such as Logitech C920).
-   **Restrictions:** Storing company information, making recordings, screenshots, or using built-in translation features is strictly prohibited.
