## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com's customer service operations based in Greece. This position offers a great opportunity to use your Dutch language skills while working in the vibrant travel and hospitality industry.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Dutch-speaking customers with booking accommodations via phone, email, and chat.
-   Provide accurate information about available properties, prices, and Booking.com policies.
-   Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with efficiency.
-   Resolve customer inquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings using Booking.com's systems.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluent Dutch speaking and writing skills are required; good command of English is beneficial.
-   Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality sector is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
-   Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
-   Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be provided.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
