## Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Logistics Delivery Company with relocation to Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of delivery-related inquiries.

Your proficiency in French will enable you to assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position requires relocation to Greece, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic logistics team.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in French relating to logistics and delivery inquiries
-   Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery status, and scheduling
-   Handle and resolve complaints or delivery issues promptly and professionally
-   Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
-   Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
-   Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
-   Stay updated on logistics industry trends and company procedures

## Requirements

-   Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece is mandatory
-   Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
-   Previous experience in logistics, delivery services, or customer service is preferred
-   Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Familiarity with CRM and customer support software is advantageous
