## Description

Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is looking for a skilled Metal Finishing Technician to join our team. This role involves preparing, treating, and finishing metal components to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform various metal finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, grinding, and buffing.
-   Inspect metal parts for surface defects and ensure quality standards.
-   Operate finishing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
-   Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
-   Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.

**Qualifications:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-   Experience in metal finishing, surface treatment, or related field is advantageous.
-   Ability to use hand tools and finishing machinery proficiently.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-   Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in a team environment.
