## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled **Product Designer** with strong expertise in **enterprise-scale Design Systems** and end-to-end product design execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing intuitive, scalable digital experiences across **mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop platforms**, preferably within **banking or large-scale fintech environments**.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional Agile squads including Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-impact digital banking solutions.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
-   Build, maintain, and evolve **enterprise-level Design Systems** ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products
-   Own the **end-to-end UX/UI design process**, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
-   Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
-   Design for complex BFSI / fintech workflows, particularly within SME banking journeys
-   Ensure adherence to design best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, design reviews, retrospectives)
-   Continuously improve design quality through user feedback, analytics, and iterative improvements

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   Proven experience as a **Product Designer / Senior Product Designer**
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **Design Systems at enterprise scale**
-   Proficiency in designing for **iOS, Android, and web/desktop applications**
-   Strong understanding of **end-to-end UX and product design lifecycle**
-   Experience working in **Agile/Squad-based environments**
-   Background in **BFSI / Fintech / Banking domains (mandatory preferred)**
-   Exposure to **SME banking products or complex financial workflows is a strong advantage**
-   Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
-   Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience in large enterprise or digital banking transformations
-   Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities
-   Experience working in cross-functional global teams
-   Knowledge of accessibility and design system governance models
