**ICM America LLC** seeks an SAP Manufacturing Consultant (PP / PM / MES) to join our growing, dynamic team which provides SAP Implementation, Data Management and Project Management consulting services to SAP clients within the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Automotive, High-Tech, Plastics & Building Products, and Food & Consumer Packaged Goods industries.  This role is focused on manufacturing operations – production planning, plant maintenance and shop floor / MES integration – with particular emphasis on continuous flow, process and plastic profile extrusion environments.

**Responsibilities:**

Responsibilities would include participation on full life cycle of SAP client engagements – assessment, planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and support services, with a concentration on the plant floor and the manufacturing value chain.

A.      **Strategy & Planning.**  Assisting clients with the assessment of current manufacturing and ERP environments, value stream and process mapping from raw material through extrusion, fabrication, packaging and shipment, documenting requirements, and assembling and presenting findings, recommendations, and corresponding remediation / implementation project plans.

**B.      Production Planning (PP / PP-PI / REM).**  Configure and support demand management, MRP / MRP Live, capacity planning and leveling, work centers and resources, BOMs, routings / master recipes, production versions, and order lifecycle – including campaign planning, line loading, changeover sequencing, backflushing and rate-based planning for repetitive and continuous flow operations.

C.      **Plant Maintenance (PM).**  Configure functional locations, equipment and tooling hierarchies, task lists, maintenance plans and the notification / work order lifecycle.  Support preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies, spare parts and MM integration, contractor and cost settlement, and downtime / OEE reporting for extrusion lines, dies and ancillary equipment.

D.     **MES & Shop Floor Integration.**  Support the design and integration of MES and plant systems with SAP S/4HANA – SAP DMC / ME / MII, PCo, plant historians, PLC / SCADA and line-level data collection.  Cover order dispatch and confirmation, machine and labor time capture, scrap and yield reporting, electronic production / batch records, labeling and genealogy traceability.

E.      **Continuous Flow & Process Manufacturing.**  Apply continuous and process manufacturing practice – co-products and by-products, phase / recipe management, in-line quality inspection (QM) and statistical process control, batch determination and WIP batches, regrind and reclaim material flows, and silo / bulk raw material consumption.

F.       **Plastic Profile & Extrusion Expertise.**  Bring process depth specific to plastic profile and building products manufacturing – die and tooling management, extrusion line scheduling and changeover minimization, lineal / cut-to-length units of measure and conversions, co-extrusion, capstock and lamination operations, color and compound changeovers, scrap and regrind yield tracking, and finished goods bundling and packaging.

G.     **Project Management.**  Support project planning and management activities – developing project work plans (Excel, MS Project), developing / presenting project status reports, managing team schedules (estimates, actual, to complete hours), document management and issue tracking.

H.     **Facilitation.**  Planning and direct client team meetings – interviews, plant walkthroughs, white boarding processes, engaging with executive, operational, plant and technical client personnel and documentation of observations and recommendations (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel).

I.        **Design, Configuration & Testing.**  Supporting the design of new / upgraded SAP applications (S/4HANA) – help with the new solution functional design, document key requirements, facilitate design, integration and application testing sessions including end-to-end shop floor scenarios, and driving training and support activities.

J.        **Research.**  Conduct research leveraging internet, research institutional reports, and SAP knowledge management tools to identify best practices, issue remediation ideas, process/technology options, and supporting documentation.

K.      **Sales.**  Support new client sales activities – attend client sales meetings, share relevant SAP and manufacturing experiences/best practices, help identify and qualify client needs sales opportunities, and assisting with presentation preparation and delivery activities.
