## Description

KPM, a prominent leader in multifamily property management, is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our team. Our company, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is committed to creating exceptional living environments while enhancing property values. As a Property Manager at KPM, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
-   Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and excellent customer service.
-   Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
-   Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications.
-   Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
-   Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards.
-   Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive community relations.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily property management or real estate operations.
-   Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
-   Bilingual skills required to effectively engage with diverse residents.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
-   Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
-   CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous.
