We are seeking a **Management Accountant (CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA)** to lead **MIS reporting, cost analysis, and financial insights** for a rapidly expanding **solar panel recycling company**.

This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in **data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and advanced Excel reporting** within manufacturing or industrial environments.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Compile **MIS reports** on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor business performance
-   Oversee **costing activities** throughout operations, including production and recycling processes
-   Perform **cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability evaluations**
-   Develop and maintain **Excel-based dashboards, reports, and financial models**
-   Provide **actionable insights** to aid management decision-making
-   Identify **opportunities for cost savings** and enhance operational efficiency

### **Eligibility Criteria**

-   **CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA**
-   **1–3 years** of experience in **MIS, costing, or financial analysis**
-   Experience in **manufacturing, recycling, or industrial sectors** is preferred

### **Core Skills Required**

-   Proficient in **MIS Reporting & Cost Accounting**
-   Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data analysis)
-   Strong knowledge of **financial analysis and cost control**
-   Capability to manage **large datasets and extract insights**
-   Exceptional **attention to detail and analytical thinking**

### **Good to Have**

-   Experience working with **ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, or equivalents)**
-   Familiarity with the **renewable energy or recycling industries**
