Ergonomia SA is the leading company in the field of Occupational and Industrial Safety, aiming at the establishment of a safe and productive workplace. Ergonomia is well-established, both in domestic and international markets for the reliability and high quality of its services.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, and execute the organization’s marketing & digital marketing plan. In this role, you will work closely with Ergonomia’s Commercial department, General Management and Business Units to ensure consistent, on-brand communication strategy, strengthen corporate branding and drive services promotion, lead generation and sales support initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

·         Contribute to the development of Ergonomia’s marketing strategy and communication plan in close collaboration with the Commercial Manager.

·         Monitor and analyze market trends, key industry players and industry advancements.

·         Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media) and support the development and management of Ergonomia’s in-facility channels (e.g., newsletters).

·         Maintain and continuously improve the corporate website.

·         Create new or polish corporate presentations, brochures, proposal templates, videos, banners, and other marketing materials.

·         Collaborate with Ergonomia’s BUs and the Commercial Department to support lead generation initiatives and deliver targeted campaigns by client or industry.

·         Support PR initiatives, events, conferences, and CSR activities.

·         Manage the marketing budget and evaluate ROI.

·         Monitor marketing performance and campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and report on KPIs.

## Requirements

**Skillset:**

·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.

·         2 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.

·         Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

·         Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
