**CX Research & Insight (Corporate Banking – MMLC)**

**🎯 Job Purpose**

Conduct and coordinate structured customer research and industry analysis to generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors, enabling effective customer-centric product and service design.

**🔑 Key Responsibilities**

**1 - Research Planning & Execution**

-   Consult and co‑organize **interview and survey activities** với:
-   Relationship Managers (RMs)
-   Industry experts
-   Corporate clients
-   External research agencies
-   Apply **standardized, professional research methodologies** to ensure data quality and consistency
-   Generate actionable insights for **targeted sub-sectors (MMLC)**

**2 - Desk Research & Industry Analysis**

-   Support Product Owners (PO) to conduct:
-   **Competitor landscape analysis**
-   **Industry trend analysis**
-   Translate findings into:
-   Customer behavior implications
-   Product/service opportunity areas

**3 - Research Framework & Standardization**

-   Develop and maintain **standardized guidelines** for:
-   Interview design
-   Survey methodology
-   Stakeholder engagement
-   Ensure full alignment với:
-   Internal research frameworks

**4 - Workshop & Insight Activation**

-   Professionally coordinate and co-organize with:
-   Product Owners (PO)
-   Business Analysts (BA)
-   External agencies
-   Design and deliver:
-   Customer insight workshops
-   Co-creation sessions
-   Industry events

**👤 Requirements**

-   Experience: 4–8 năm
-   Corporate banking / consulting / research (B2B)
-   Strong ability:
