**Position Overview**

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focused placement on our Matrix brand. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns that elevate the Matrix brand’s presence and drive engagement with our tech-savvy audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and utilize data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design and implement digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Matrix brand across platforms such as social media, search engines, and display networks.
-   Optimize campaigns using analytics tools to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
-   Create and manage content that aligns with the Matrix brand identity and marketing objectives.
-   Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the smart home technology industry.
-   Collaborate with sales and product teams to synchronize marketing efforts and support brand growth.
-   Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maintain Matrix’s competitive edge.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in technology or smart home sectors.
-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
-   Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics platforms.
-   Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
-   Excellent communication and content creation abilities tailored to digital platforms.
-   Preferably with experience handling e-commerce.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
